Lowestoft Primary Care Network, which consists of all Lowestoft Practices, is pleased to announce a major recruitment event. We are looking for a number of Care Co-Ordinators and Health and Wellbeing coaches.

The ability to show flexibility, good communications skills, understanding and empathy with patients will be the key to success in these new and exciting roles. You will be helping to develop and coordinate the care for the residents of Lowestoft, improving their health and wellbeing and patient ‘journeys’.
