The surgery times should only be used as a guideline as to the practice’s planned consultation times.

The telephone lines are open 08:00-17:00. Between 17:00-18:30, we can take urgent mobile phone calls only. Telephones will only be available from Monday-Friday.

Extended hours

Saturday morning surgeries are to be booked before the weekend. Access to the surgery will only be available to patients that have an appointment booked. Our phone lines will not be available during the weekend.

Out of Hours Service

Between 18:30 and 08:00, Monday to Friday, all day at weekends and on bank holidays your call will be redirected to the NHS 111 service.

Emergencies

In a genuine emergency you should call 999 and ask for an ambulance.
Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute as an emergency.
