Dermatology Experiences Survey

Healthwatch Suffolk would like to know about dermatology experiences – Have you visited health services because of a skin, hair or nail condition? We’re encouraging people to share their experiences of accessing dermatology treatment, care and support in Suffolk over the last 12 months.

Whatever your experience, good or needing improvement, please take a moment to share your feedback with us. We’re interested in your experiences from your first contact with a health service about your condition, the treatment you have received, and everything in between. You can tell us what it was like to access the services, how you felt about the way you were treated by staff, what you felt was good about your care, and what could have been improved.

This survey is entirely anonymous, which means we will not ask for your name or contact information. Quotes about your experiences may be shared with local services and NHS leaders.
